Spirituality is about enlightenment and there is no enlightenment within the realm of thought as time and there never was. Enlightenment is all about the stillness and the silence of the mind in which there is no thought as time. Stillness and silence is found in awareness, attention and meditation and if the meditation is guided by thought then there is no meditation...
