The real estate sales process seems, at first glance, from a client's standpoint, fairly simple. But, it's what you don't know that can cause all sorts of problems. In this book, I'm, hopefully, going to, from my experience as a REALTOR(R), trainer and coach, help you understand how to find the salesperson that you can trust and that will provide you with the service, value and results you truly want and deserve. My goal, and my hope, is that by the end of this book, you'll understand why you need to be careful about who you choose to represent you, you'll understand what's happening throughout the relevant process and you'll be in a better position to make buying and/or selling as headache-free as possible.
