Together with the prosecutor's lifelong, Nava-jo friend, the three plan an assault on San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station (SONGS); the most protected Nuclear Facility in the world. The Federal NRC Title-10 Code calls this as-sault an... EVENT 11.
