I first began creating this book so that my dad could see his drawings from Fill Me In Tree-Oh in all their colored splendor. What I never suspected was that my home would be invaded by overly friendly squirrels who got me sick and it would take me over two years to be able to bring this book to fruition/completion, but life is full of surprises and here we are! Filled In: A Forest for the Trees is a full color version of Fill Me In Tree-Oh with 30 additional colored pages selected from Fill Me In Tree and Fill Me In Tree, too. I am hoping that my dad is going to love this book. I'm hoping that you will love this book, too. My mom is hoping that you will buy this book, cut out the pictures, frame them and hang them all over your house. At first I was shocked that she would suggest cutting a book, but I must admit I'm warming to the idea of people having the right to do as they wish with their books. So, that being said, I hope you enjoy this book and do with it whatever seems right to you, because it the end, it's your book!
