Lateshia meets a counselor who helps her recognize that she was still holding on to that 5 yr old girl. The death of her husband led her to open her heart to God then found love and peace which made her pains whittle away. This book is also a book of lessons. It will teach readers to be strong in order to successfully overcome any obstacle in life. The author also tries to teach readers that, even though life itself is far from perfect, that this is a chance for success and that those who have enough persistence and bravery will eventually reach their goal.
