Jennifer Allder is a young West Indian woman who struggles with the effects of emotional neglect. Her parents fail to act, tend or respond appropriately to her needs as a child. Too many things are conflicting - something is wrong. She searches for reasons for the emotional torment she experiences with her family members and uncovers her spiritual side.
