By showing lean in the simplest form, what it is, where it comes from, and how to actually apply it around real world issues, I believe that everyone can master some elements of lean.If you are already a lean master, someone who fully understands lean, has worked in various lean environments, then this book is probably not for you.If, on the other hand, you are not a lean master, never really understood or wanted to learn lean, didn't think lean applied to you, your work, your life, or maybe you wanted simply want to understand the basic ideas without getting bogged down with jargon, not looking to use any level of mathematics, and simply want to use the tools available in lean, then this book is probably more for you.Ultimately, this book is to show that lean is simple, and easy to adopt. By providing real life examples of where it can be used in everyday situations, this book should help those at the start of their lean journey, and help to achieve the desired end results.
