As you come across them, make a note of the page and after you've read the entire book, go back to those marked pages and spend time with each of them. If only one of these thoughts or ideas sticks-if you "get" only one of them and if you see yourself and the world differently afterward-if you are really ready to make positive changes as a result of this new information or perception-then I will have achieved what I set out to do.
