Jesus spoke seven words when He hung on the cross being prepared to die, only to be raised up again 3 days later with all power in His hand, power to heal, forgive, and deliver, power to set the captive free.Jesus is the Great Sufferer Himself. Jesus was crucified on the cross, He was bruised for our iniquities, wounded for our transgressions and by His stripes we are healed. He carried our sins on the cross for us so that we could be set free, and he who is set free, is free indeed.
