Competitive teaching takes into consideration a precise objective to meet a precise need for a precise period of time. In order to accomplish their mission, those in charge mainly mobilize human resources and strategies for the transfer and construction of academic and formative knowledge. In the course of my multiple classroom observations and field research, I have very often witnessed difficult moments experienced by trainers, teachers and learners in different disciplines, levels and contexts. They are concerned with teaching/learning and training in scientific, linguistic and general culture disciplines.
