Reseña del libro "Tao: The Ultimate Guide For Beginners (en Inglés)"

Taoism isn't just a religion; it's a way of life. It's a lifelong journey to happiness and acceptance. It is the flow of the world and universe. Everything and everybody has their place and their journey. When a balance is found in the flow of life then true happiness can be reached. That is what Taoism is. Main figureheads of Taoism are Chuang Tzu and Lao Tzu. They dedicated their lives to finding balance for their inner spirits. The Taoist is represented by the Yin Yang because their goal is to find balance in opposites. Taoists aren't led by an omniscient God like many religions. Instead they focus on understand their world, so that they can understand the inner harmony. That's why it is way more than just a religion. This book is meant to help you understand the Taoist belief system. With this book you will be able to learn some important steps on your journey to become a Taoist. The steps you will learn are: Surrender Harmony Simplicity Integrity Sexual Sagehood Transformation Immortality Spontaneity Taoism is also called Daoism and came to prominence around the time of Confucianism. The early Chinese people used Taoism as a religious tradition. Tao roughly translates to way or path. The Tao character can be translated as class or teach. A Taoist believes that there is a central principle in the Universe. They believe that by living as one with nature and the Universe will lead them to the way of heaven. Taoism isn't that hard of a journey to take. With a few simple steps and twists to the way you think, you can become a Taoist. Some guidelines and tips you will learn about are: How to help others without expecting anything else in return. How to be true to yourself. How to treat the world correctly, so that it will treat you correctly. How to connect to others that outside of your beliefs. How to handle people that don't understand your way of life. You'll learn lots of valuable things like this. The main challenge our ego-personality deals with is the dispersion, separation, and fragmentation of our soul essence. Bad diet, self-judgments, cloudy and reactive emotions, shallow breathing, poor sexual habits, rejection of the spirituality of our bodies, and negative thinking results in disease, struggle, suffering, and unhappy feelings of incompleteness in our lives. Our resistance to what life holds for us is what kills us. Self-education advises us to just let go of any resistance and allow the Life Force to come in. To summarize Taoism is to accept your life. To follow your breath and find peace. To smile at the world and discover new possibilities. By embracing these ideas, everything else will fall in place. Some will start here. Others will take the path that is longer but much more colorful. Both are perfectly fine as both get to enjoy more color. Since Taoism is all about experiencing life, there are no wrong paths.
