Alastair doesn't always succeed in his efforts and he is often misunderstood by his school teachers. This book follows on from the first Detention File book and some of the characters are more fully understood after reading - The Detention Files - Toby Wilson. It can also be read as a stand alone novel that will make the reader laugh. Recommended for readers 8 to 13 years of age.
