He is the one who will ultimately decide whether or not to unleash the WMD on America. He has several goals. By controlling the President of China, he controls the world. There may only be one way for Suzy and Jack to survive, for America to avoid an electrical winter and for mankind to avoid extinction from the Chongqing Syndrome.
